All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking information.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery
We offer standard shipping across the United States. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note: Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

3. Domestic Shipping Only
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use this number to monitor the status and location of your shipment.

5. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. ADLER PRODUCTS INC. is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging and documentation for reference. ADLER PRODUCTS INC. is not liable for shipping carrier-related issues but will assist you in resolving the matter.
